A celebration of Tasmanian wine and cheese

Join us from 6 to 8pm on Thursday 10 August to celebrate the best wine and cheese Tasmania has to offer. 

Held at the the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, this event will be the official launch of Hill Street's limited edition 'Vita Brevis' chardonnay and cabernet merlot. These wines have been made by Peter Althaus of Stoney Vineyard exclusively for Hill Street.  Head Cheese Maker, Ueli Berger of King Island Dairy will  share insights into the making of King Island's exquisite Tasmanian cheeses.

Guests will enjoy sparkling wine on arrival. There will be a full cheese tasting, curated by Ueli and selected to match the complex fruity structure of the Cabernet Merlot and the tropical fruit characters of the Chardonnay.

Each guest will receive a goodie bag and go into the draw to one of three fabulous prizes.
